1. Registration

On Askaide, registration is completely free! Go to the registration page, you can then choose how to create your account: via Facebook, via Google or manually by completing your information.
You will then receive an email asking you to validate your email address.
When you register, we kindly ask you to validate an email to join the community. If you did not receive this email, go to this page and click the button: Resend verification email.
If you still do not receive the e-mail, we invite you to start your registration again.
Create an account, complete your profile with your skills and availability, and submit your application. Our team verifies your details before approving your profile.
After each service, users rate the helper from 1 to 5. The ratings are displayed on the helper's profile for future clients.

2. Login

Go to the login page and choose the way you want to use to log in: via Facebook, via Google or manually by entering your email address or password. It should be noted that you will be able to register via Facebook or via Google only if you used them when you registered.
If you forgot your password, we allow you to reset it. Go to the login page and click on forgotten password. You will then receive an e-mail to allow you to change your password and log in to your account.

3. My account & my profile

To gain professionalism, we advise you to choose a profile photo that correctly displays your face:

· Well framed.
· No group photos: you are alone in the photo.
· Without accessories hiding your face: sunglasses for example.
· No fancy Snapchat or Instagram filters.
Your personal data remains private and is not communicated publicly. The Askaide team verifies the information in order to guarantee security and transparency between the members of the platform.
Go to your account page and click on "password". We will ask you to enter the old code and choose the new code. Remember to save your choice to confirm your password change.
We are sorry that you want to delete your Askaide account… If you really want to leave the community, go to your account page and click on "delete account".
Go to your profile page. Click on your avatar on the left, then you can select a new image from your files.

To access your profile on our site, go to the top right of the homepage where you will see "My Account." From there, you can access all your personal information, including your ads and reviews. You will also find your personal referral code, which you can share with your friends and family to receive 20 free coins for each person who uses it when signing up on our site.

A mobile app is in development. In the meantime, our website is responsive and easy to use on a smartphone.

Helpers set their own rates according to the tasks. Payments are processed through the platform, and they receive their earnings after the service, less the solidarity commission donated to the NGO.
You must be of legal age, legally reside in the service area, possess the required skills, and agree to our solidarity charter. Some activities, like childcare or elder care, may require certificates.
No, individuals can offer their services as long as they have the necessary skills and respect our charter. However, certain tasks may require certified professionals.

6. Coins

Coins are Askaide's currency. They allow you to highlight your ads. You can receive coins by referring your friends or by making a payment to buy them. We specify that the money generated by the Askaide platform is directly donated to NGOs and partner humanitarian associations.
Go to the coins page, you can then select the number of coins you want to buy. Click on the desired plan and follow the information to make the payment. The money generated by the platform is donated directly to partner NGOs and humanitarian associations.

7. Make a donation to the Askaide association


By purchasing coins on our platform, you are not only acquiring virtual currency, but you are also making a donation that contributes to helping those in need. A portion of the profits we generate is directly donated to NGOs and humanitarian organizations with which we partner. 8. Recommendations

You can only give a recommendation to people you have chatted with on Askaide. Go to their profile and click on “give a recommendation”. We ask you to respect the charter of good conduct and to write relevant, honest and representative opinions of the mission carried out.

9. Your ads

Visit this page to create an ad.
Fill in the corresponding category, answer a few questions and then post your ad. You will then receive proposals in your mailbox.
Go to the page that lists your ads, you will find all your active and paused ads. Click the orange button to pause an ad. It will remain in your ads but will not be visible to other members of the community.

10. Receive service

There are two ways to do this on Askaide. First of all, you can search for people who offer services in the category corresponding to your request by using the search bar. You can then contact them to agree on the details of the service.

Another option is to post an announcement asking for help. Be sure to clearly fill out the category of the request and answer all questions so users know exactly what it is about. Once the ad is published, you will receive proposals in your mailbox.

To be successful in your exchanges on Askaide, it is important to clearly set out the details of the mission, such as the place, date and time. It is also important to clearly define the tasks to be performed. After the mission, don't forget to add a recommendation for the person who helped you. This will help other users know that this person is reliable and competent.
We offer services in many areas: homework assistance, childcare, elder care, housekeeping, DIY, prevention, animal health, gardening, administrative help, IT, well‑being, transport and events.
We verify helpers’ identities and request references when necessary. All communication and payments occur through the platform, and a rating system builds trust.

We operate mainly in Belgium and France but are working on expanding our services. Check availability by searching for a service in your area.

Go to "My Account" > "About Me". You can edit your description, profile photo, skills and personal information.

Silver, Gold and Diamond subscriptions offer better positioning in search results. Also complete your profile and earn trust badges for maximum visibility.

The number of listings depends on your subscription. Free: 1 listing. Silver: 3 listings. Gold: 5 listings. Diamond: unlimited listings.

The Marketplace lets you buy and sell products. Access it from the main menu. Create a marketplace listing, set a price and start selling.

Askaide offers 4 plans: Free (free, 1 listing), Silver (advanced features, 3 listings), Gold (premium, 5 listings), and Diamond (unlimited, all features included).

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, our secure payment processor. You can also pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Go to "My Account" > "My Subscription" and click "Cancel". Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
